This is a photo I took over Mother's Day weekend. The cat is huge; she is going to have babies any day now. She seemed to be in a kind of meditative state.

awesome! love the name fits well! fat cat! should have had her kittens on mother's day!!! isn't the increased pixels amazing!! the detail on the grass and her fur is just fabulous! love the little thing on her nose too

Finally getting some photos up from my new camera ;P I finished reading the manual a couple weeks ago, and I'm starting to figure things out by playing with it. This one did exactly what I wanted it to. I used a telemacro, which is like zoomed macro with a wide aperture, otherwise the trees in the back, or the grass in the front wouldn't have blurred out. I got a bunch of awesome shots over the weekend.
