They're gettin' married!

and you thought it would never happen, because she's an Ash, and he's an Oak, but you know those crazy saplings. They get an idea in their folliage, and if you try to tell them NO, next thing you know, they're calling you from Vegas saying they're married and pregnant. It's best just to support them cause you don't know when the next lightning storm is gonna roll through. You gotta be there with them and cherish every moment and at the same time, give them enough space to live their lives. Look at them. She's so happy leaning on her tree-man, and don't they look great together in their ceremonial wedding bark?

Yeah... they do... It's a good day for a tree wedding.

...And as we look on and reflect on our own love stories, the Tree Priest announces, "I now pronounce you Tree-Husband and Tree-Wife. You may pollinate the Bride."

um, this week, I'm working every day until the 4th of July. We're short-handed at work, so I guess I get to pick up the slack. I'm on the front lines of the war on poverty; and I'm winning. Take that poor people!
:iconlennycamel:

thank you. I took it with an infrared filter. with the right setting it makes all the leaves look white like they're blooming or frosted over. Thank you for the favourite.
